November 18th was a big day! Not only did Glisten co-founder, Allyson Felix, turn 23 years old on Tuesday she was also honored by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America! The AAFA was founded in 1953 and is the leading patient organization for people with asthma and allergies, and the oldest asthma and allergy patient group in the world. Allyson was recognized alongside of some truly remarkable people. Other honorees were Jackie Joyner-Kersee, Jeanette Bolden, Donald Sterling, and Erin Brokovich.

POP CEO, Courtney Smith, put on an amazing event at Trina Turk Los Angeles. Wes, a Glisten Co-Founder, spoke for a few minutes about what Glisten is all about and how fitness plays a roll in prevention.
